Chris resides in Syracuse, NY, with his wife, two kids, and two cats. He received his BA from Williams College in 1995 and his MFA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1999. He taught foundations and various graduate classes such as book-making and collaboration at Southern Illinois University Carbondale for five years, and now teaches in the Department of Foundation in the School of Art and Design at Syracuse University.

Other than that, Chris has spent the last several years studying to become a self-taught professional paleontologist. He also works with the collaborative groups Earl and 2funBastards.
